Abstract
Objective:To study the determining method of Pb and Cd in food. Methods:Making use of chelate resin selective concentration technic to concentrate and purify the sample by adsorption-desorption procedure, which could be detected by the graphite furnace atomic absorption method. Results:Using this method to determine two kinds of metals came to a more satisfactory result, while the relative standard deviation was controlled between 90% to 104%,and the detection limit of Pb Cd were 0.3 μg/L,0.02 μg/L.Conclusion:The method was convenient, accurate and safe, which can be used for determination of Pb Cd in food.
