Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to determine trace amount of Pb and Cd in egg.[Methods] The sample was digested with Microwave and determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).[Results] The recovery rate was 91.2%-107.3% for Pb and 96.4%-101.8% for Cd with RSDs less than 10%.[Conclusion] The method is proved to be simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for determination of Pb and Cd in egg.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
