With the fast development of the social economy of our country,the imbalance between supply and demand of urban water resources is sharper day by day.Meanwhile,because of having no strong consciousness of saving water,water resources is wasted seriously,the unreasonable price of urban water and the imperfect management system of water resources and the water environment is getting worse and worse.Facing the current situation of urban water resources and problem,the measures to manage and protect water resources from destroying has been put forward.The concrete methods are as follows: strengthen management of water resource in unison,reform the management system of water resources,optimize the environment,protect the water resource,cope the problem of water wasting with price mechanism,develop water-saving technology and improve public participation in water environmental development.
