Synthesis and Anticancer Activities of Alkoxy Genistein Derivatives

Abstract

Objective To study the anticancer activity of alkoxy Genistein derivatives. Methods Alkoxy Genistein derivatives were prepared and their anticancer activities in vitro were evaluated by the standard MTT method.Results Compound 3a had stronger activity against HL-60,HT-29 and SGC-7901 cells than 5-Fu. Conclusion Alkoxy Genistein derivatives 3a possessed the potent anticancer activity.
