Analysis on the Legal Nature of College Students' Behavior of Having Part-time Jobs

Abstract

Nowadays,opinions on whether college students should find a part-time job are different in social,educational and legal field,which has evoked a heated debate.Through a comprehensive analysis of the relevant laws,the probes deeply into the essence of the behavior of college students' having part-time jobs.Defining their part-time job behavior with the non-full-time labor relations,college students' part-time job behavior fully complies with legal principle,educational purpose and social development.
