Abstract

Objective To observe influence of nursing intervention on patients’ peri-operative anxiety state with rheumatic heart diseases.Methods Investigate 80 patients with rheumatic heart diseases with anxiety self-test (SAS) before and after nursing intervention.Results The patients with anxiety are 46 cases before nursing intervention,and the patients with anxiety are 15 cases after nursing intervention.(p0.01) the difference of anxiety score before and after nursing intervention has significance (p0.01).Conclusion Mental nursing,information support,making example,family support,and circumstance intervention can reduce the patients’ anxiety state with rheumatic heart diseases effectively during peri-operative period.
