Influence of nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with rhumatoid arthritis

Abstract

Objective: To explore the influence of nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods: 116 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients in the drug treatment and routine nursing,nursing intervention on psychological,pain and joint function exercise respectively,were analyzed before and after the treatment and nursing intervention in patients with psychological change and pain relief.Results: The prognosis after the treatment and nursing for 116 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,joint pain was relieved,and before intervention were statistically significant(P 0.05),anxiety,depression scores than before intervention(P 0.05),quality of life scores were higher than those before intervention(P 0.05).Conclusion: Nursing is effective to improve the life quality of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
