Abstract
The biodiesel was used to synthesized from castor oil by ionic liquid.It was discussed mainly that how the molar ratio of ethanol to oil、the reaction temperature、reaction time and the mass fraction of ionic liquid to castor oil influenced the yield of synthesized biodiesel from castor oil.The results showed that the best conditions are that the mass fraction of ionic liquid to castor oil was 1.0(wt)%,the mol ratio of alcohol to castor oil was 6∶ 1,the reaction time was 16 min,and the reaction temperature was 45℃.The yield of biodiesel reached 90%.
