Analysis on clinical factors influencing pregnancy rate after intrauterine insemination treatment among infertile women

Abstract

Objective:To analyze correlation between clinical factors and pregnancy rate after intrauterine insemination(IUI) treatment among infertile women.Methods: Analysis was made on 711 cycles in 512 couples who underwent IUI treatment in our hospital from October 2000 to May 2005.The relationship between pregnancy rate and following factors were analyzed:pattern and thickness of endometrium,time of IUI,density and motility of sperm after washing.Results:Pregnancy rate after IUI was related to factors like thickness of endometrium,time of IUI,density and motivity of sperm after washing(P0.05,P0.05).Conclusion:Pregnancy rate after IUI was related to thickness and pattern of endometrium,time of IUI,density and motility of sperm after washing.
