Abstract
Whether Communist Parties can learn of and deal with relationship between and themselves is not only a meaningful theoretical problem,but also an important practical one.In history of Communist Parties,some parties learn of relationship clearly but lack of consistency,some can not learn it clearly,some even form unilateral and biased point of view.What's more,the Communist Parties' practices of developing specific form are not yet enough.The article discusses relationship between Communist Parties and from four respects,which are democracy is natural of Communist Party,democracy is organization base and action principle of Communist Party,democracy is one way through which Communist Party fulfill its historical mission and the Communist Party should lead construction of socialist democracy.
