The movement of International socialism faces new situation,this demands us research the history of socialism more carefully.The history of socialism means that scientific socialism can stand up for prove of practice and gather new development.Study the history of socialism ought to spread around the role that scientific socialism is developmental theory.The development of scientific socialism “tow seventy” prove truth of history of scientific socialism in length but the development of socialism that has its character and the change of Soviet prove truth in breadth.The history of socialism combines the history of the party.
