Abstract
Intention:Discussion on the design and execution of the PACS system adapting to the situation of the hospital.Method:Connect the image equipments such as CT,MRI etc.to form the net of Digital Image Communication of Medicine(DICOM).Then link the DICOM server up with the terminals of picture browse and diagnostic records to form PACS.Result:Realize the digital image communication in PACS,the central storage,the compatible and image intercommunion of different operating systems(UNIX and Windows NT)and different types of picture on the DICOM 3 0 standard level,and the function of writing,sharing and printing etc.of the image diagnostic records in PACS successfully.Conclusion:An advanced PACS adapting to the situation of the hospital should be practical,standard,economical,compatible,opening with friendly interface,good stability.convenient operation and maintenance,logical and advanced system construction as well as strong post-image manipulation ability.
