The Research of College English Teaching and Learning Reform Based on Computer and Network——A Case Study of Central South University of Forestry & Technology

In order to improve the teaching and learning quality of the course of College English,Colleges and universities in China are promoting a comprehensive and practical reform in teaching and learning.Central South University of Forestry and Technology as one of the 31 universities which involves in the first batch of College English Teaching and Learning Reform Demonstration Project in 2006,has carried out College English Course reform based on the computer and network,and classroom teaching.The university has achieved in improving the teaching and learning quality so that it has played a vanguard and exemplary role among colleges and universities in either the same level or the same region or the same type.To deepen College English teaching and learning reform,colleges and universities should scientifically handle 6 important relations which constraint the teaching and learning quality of College English Course.
