Abstract
Objective To observe the expression and significance of estrogen receptor(ER)、prosgestogen receptor(PR)and Her-2 in breast cancer. Methods The expressions of ER、PR and Her-2 were detected by immunohistochemical staining in 1 049 cases of breast cancer proved pathologically. Results The positive rates of ER、PR and Her-2 protein were 58.63%、51.10% and 21.54% respectively in 1 049 cases with breast cancer.Significant dependablity were found in the expression of ER、PR and Her-2(P0.05).Conclusions The expressions of ER,PR,Her-2 in breast cancer tissue are positive. All of them participate the genesis and development of breast cancer.
