EFFECT OF HERBICIDE (GLYPHOSATE) ON MICRONUCLEI AND NUCLEAR ANOMALIES IN ERYTHROCYTE IN CARASSIUS AURATUS

Abstract

Effects of herbicide(Glyphosate) on micronuclei and nuclear anomalies in erythrocyte of Carassius auratus were studied. The results showed that the herbicide can poison Carassius auratus in some conditions. But we also found that concentration and time are not significant correlation with the frequencies of micronuclei and nuclear anomalies.
