Abstract
A continuous box girder bridge with varied width and multi-cell is analyzed by beam grillage model and plane beam element model respectively.Calculation results of the two methods are compared and some mechanical characters of wide box girder bridge are given,modification suggestion is provided to tendon arrangement defined by plane beam element model.The conclusion drawn provides certain references for structure calculation and tendon allocation of similar bridge.
