On the Problems and their Solutions of Elective Courses Management in Local Colleges

Elective courses are important components of college courses system,whose flexibility makes elective courses become the main carrier of implementation of applied talents and innovation-oriented talents training objective for local undergraduate institutions.This paper analyzes the problems of elective courses management in the current undergraduate colleges,and proposes strengthening elective courses management in scientific,rational,standard way,emphasizing the quality of process management,thus enhancing the quality of application-oriented personnel training and promoting core competitiveness of undergraduate colleges.
