Abstract
This article from the constitution adjustment object,the constitution private-law′s attribute that specifically manifests in the Chinese and foreign constitution as well as the constitution status and the potency,abandons the traditional constitution public law idea,promulgated the constitution private-law′s essence attribute.The author thinks excavates the private-law attribute of constitution to the comprehensive understanding constitution,the development constitution has the vital significance.Simultaneously the understanding about the private-law attribute of constitution to our country private-law development,the constitution judicature and the socialism market economic development will play the significant impetus role.
