Abstract

Objective:To study how to increase the success rate of emergency treatment of closed multiple organ injuries in abdomen. Methods:The clinical data of 218 cases with closed multiple organ injuries in abdomen were retrospectively analysed. Results:One hundred and ninety seven cases were cured.Twenty one cases died with an overall mortality of 9.63 percent.Among these death cases,9 cases died of hemorrhagic shock,6 cases died of MOF,4 cases of severe infection and 2 cases of craniocerebral injury or thoracic injury.Postoperative complications occurred in 48 cases. Conclusions:Early and correct diagnosis is the key to elevating the therapeutic effectiveness. The radical measure of improving curative effect is to actively resuscitate shock and perform reasonable operation.Protecting the function of major organs is helpful in preventing MOF during perioperative period.
