Curative Effect Observation of Trigeminal Short-term Treatment of Ranitidine Bismuth Citrate for 86 Cases with Peptic Ulcer

Objective To discuss the curative effect of Ranitidine Bismuth Citrate plus two antibiotics in treating peptic ulcer.Methods 86 patients with peptic ulcer were divided into two groups:the Ranitidine Bismuth Citrate group and the control group;for the former,350mg of Ranitidine Bismuth Citrate plus 100mg of furoxone and 1000mg of amoxicillin were given twice a day for 7 days;for the control group,20mg of Losec was used to replace Ranitidine Bismuth Citrate,with the rest same with the former group;And then,the radical curative rate of HP and the healing rate of ulcer were observed.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05).Conclusions Trigeminal one-week treatment of Ranitidine Bismuth Cirtrate for peptic ulcer owes the advantage of short course of treatment,good curative effect and low cost,it is a perfect way to eradicate HP infection.
