Abstract

The protection of the intangible cultural heritage is a problem that should be attached great attentions and be solved seriously in the process of constructing the harmonious society.June 1st,2011,the law of The People's Republic of China Intangible Cultural Heritage Method was officially promulgated.In this background,the paper analyzes the current situation of the protection of intangible cultural heritage,and discusses the protection mode of Chinese traditional sports of the intangible cultural heritage from the view of the intellectual property rights,finally it puts forward some relevant suggestions to the protection of Chinese traditional sports of the intangible cultural heritage.
