Abstract
The effect of different 6-BA、IAA、NAA and IBA concentration on explant differentiation and plant regeneration of cucumber was investigated in this experiment.The results were as follows: 6-BA can induce adventitious roots separately,especially in 0.5mg/L rates reached 33.3%.Among the three explants,far hypocotyledonary cotyledon explants couldn't induce adventitious roots.IAA、NAA、IBA could induce callus and adventitious roots separately.High frequency could be obtained in experiments of two hormones combination,especially in 0.8mg/L MS+6-BA+0.10mg/L IAA and 0.8mg/L MS+6-BA+0.15mg/L IAA,from near hypocotyledonary cotyledon explants and hypocotyl explants.The cucumber plant regeneration reached 30%.
