Abstract
Objective:To improve the quality of nursing,reduce the incidence of complications in the abdominal surgery,the patient allay pain,shorten the length of hospitalization.Methods:I branch abdominal surgery patients with pulmonary complications occurred clinical observation and analysis.Results:The results found alveolar expansion isn't all cause secretions cannot rule out,cough and deep breathing exercise fatigue,patient resistance decline,smoking,oral unclean,etc.Are the main pulmonary complications occurred after reason.Conclusion:The preoperative practise deep breaths and effective coughing movements and early postoperative assistance and encourage patients activities,prevent aspiration,to oxygen,quit smoking prevention nursing measures can effectively reduce abdominal and complications.
