Abstract
As the supreme level of a nation's education,the quality of postgraduate education is the lifeline to postgraduate training.This paper made a research on how to train the postgraduates' innovation ability and innovation mechanism in the current phase,and put forward the direction of postgraduate training and some practical means with the innovation as soul.It is hoped that these reform measures can impell the improvement of postgraduates' innovation ability.
