An Exploration of Innovative Methods in Postgraduate Education Management

Abstract
The innovation of postgraduate education is a core in modern postgraduate education,and an in-novation of postgraduate education management is a key for the innovation of postgraduate education.In this paper,some innovative methods including the course setup,quality control and practice education sys-tem have been concluded in the postgraduate education management and applied to educate the outstanding postgraduates in School of Materials Science and Engineering in Northwestern Polytechnical University.Meanwhile,an application in this paper has explained that the postgraduate education management is very important effect to the quality of postgraduate education.
