Abstract
In this papers, wheat seeds were soaked in chitosan aqueous solution(0.5 g/L) with different molecule, respectively. Activities of PAL, PPO, POD and SOD of wheat seedling leaves from different stages were measured. The results show that PAL activity is slightly lower than control in developing stages, however, PPO activity is individually higher, lower and higher at corresponding preliminary, medium and final developing stage than controls. The results also indicate that POD and SOD activities is obviously higher in 15 d and 20 d than controls. Comparative experiments illuminate the moderate molecule chitosan (10×10~3) solution occurs relatively remarkable influence upon the activities of resistance associated enzyme.
