On Correlation between Logistics and Economic Growth of Guangxi

The paper discusses about the contribution of logistic industry to economic development,and empirically analyzes the correlation between logistic industry and economic growth of Guangxi.After the correlation,regression and elastic analysis of economic logistics,it is figured out that GDP and freight turnover are highly related in Guangxi,and that the elastic coefficient of economic logistics is much more than 1.Therefore,the logistic industry of Guangxi still has huge room for development.Guangxi enjoys geographic and policy advantages for the development of logistics industry.To better develop logistic industry,major measures that should be adopted are as follows: strengthening logistic infrastructure construction,training high-quality human resources,cultivating large enterprises and corporations,promoting IT services,and so on.
