Abstract
This paper aims to discuss the importance of pre accident human errors in the safety system by means of analyzing a number of safety assessment reports and reports on the mal functional safety system controllers in nuclear power plants. Next, it has analyzed a series of pre accident human factors consequences, including such steps, as system acquaintance, qualitative analysis, screening, quantitative analysis, etc. Thus, it has proved the importance of human error factors which should receive a lot more attention in the safety assessment domain, especially the post accident human error analysis.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
