Abstract

The concentration ratio of Shanxi’s coal industry market is low,resulting in a waste of coal resources and ecological deterioration.The integration of coal resources in Shanxi is to meet the needs of lowering the transaction costs,improving the quality of coal products and strengthening the competitiveness of coal enterprises.After the integration of coal resources in Shanxi Province,some special agencies will be conceived to establish for the coordination between economic benefit and social benefit to obtain the maximum development.
