Abstract
On the basis of analysis of the characteristics on the resource-based cities and harmonious tourism, the author explored six key factors of harmonious tourism in resource-based cities, such as the basis of resources, industrial structure, socio-cultural, ecological environment, infrastructure and technological innovation, and contructed dynamic model of harmonious tourism in resource-based cities. Finally, the author putted forward the countermeasures of achieving a harmonious response.
