Abstract
To search whether tumor cells would be killed by the apoptin, vectors expressing apoptin were constructed. Apoptin gene was inserted into pcDNA3 vectors. The constructed plasmids were transfected into lung cancer cells and throat cancer cells by lipofectin. Apoptin gene was amplified by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction using cell culture medium′s mRNA as the template.
