Rapid determination of BHA,BHT,TBHQ in edible oils by gas chromatography

Abstract

The absolute alcohol was used to extract the BHA,BHT,TBHQ in edible oil,the extract was treated by freezing and filtration,and then was determined by gas chromatography.The results showed that the detection limits of BHA,BHT,TBHQ were 1.0,1.0,2.0 mg/kg,respectively.The relative standard deviation and the recovery of the three antioxidants were 1.13%-3.74% and 93.98%-102.22%,respectively.The method was simple,rapid and stable.
