Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application value of biliary-enteric anastomosis in the treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice. Methods From January 2010 to September 2011 in Zunhua People′s Hospital,65 patients with malignant obstructive jaundice were selected as the objects of study,32 cases treated with traditional Roux-en-Y biliary-enteric anastomosis as the control group,33 cases treated with modified Roux-en-Y biliary-enteric anastomosis as the observation group, the clinical effect of the two surgery programs were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.9%,and of the control group was 87.5%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P0.05);the intraoperative anastosis time, anal exhaust time and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups(P0.05);the complication rate of observation group was 3.0%,slightly lower than 9.4% of the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The modified Roux-en-Y biliary-enteric anastomosis has better effect in the treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice, and is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
