Abstract
Objective:Construction of the recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein 7(rhBMP7) expression vector and expression of rhBMP7 in Chinese Hamster Ovary(CHO) cells.Method:The expression vectors containing hBMP7 cDNA was transformed into CHO cells by electroporation and expression levels of rhBMP7 was analyzed by Dot blot and ELISA.Result:hBMP7 cDNA was integrated into genome of CHO cells and was transcribed in recombinant cells.Expression of rhBMP7 was con-firmed by Dot blot and ELISA.Conclusion:hBMP7 was successfully expressed in CHO expression system.
