Abstract

Qian Mu's literary research focused not only on the aesthetic characteristics and cultural connotations of literary works, but also on the essence of Chinese literature and culture through studying of Confucian classics, history, philosophy and literature, and elucidated the aesthetic characteristics of Circumstances make feelings, connotations make contents by comparing Chinese literature with Western literature.
