Abstract
SSR and EST-SSR markers were used to investigate the genetic diversities of different fall dormancy alfalfa.25 alfalfa accessions with different fall dormancy level were analyzed. The results showed that 175 polymorpic bands were amplified with screened 7 SSR primers and 10 EST-SSR primers, the DNA fingerprints of 25 alfalfa accessions were constructed. The UPGMA of Nei's genetic distance showed that 25 accessions can be clustered into 4 groups, which indicated that there was a definite difference among alfalfa accessions in genetic background.
