Application of One-Way Traffic System Management During Construction of Urban Rail Transit

Abstract

This article analyzes the currently incurred traffic problems during the construction of urban rail transit in China and reviews the performance of implementing one-way traffic system management during the construction.It is proposed that one-way management could be used to effectively relieve the traffic pressure during the construction of rail transit.The experience of this management is illustrated in detail in a case study of Line One Rail construction in Ningbo.
