Abstract
The Daqing Heidimiao heavy crude oil was used in the present study. According to the mechnism of preparing oil - in - water emulsion and the synergistic effect of anionic - nonionic surfactants on stability oil - in - water emulsion, excellent emulsifier fomula was development. On the basis of this fomula, the effects of a number of process variables such as surfactant concentration, oil/water ratio, alkali concentration, temperature and shaking way on stability of the emulsions were thoroughly investigated. The necessary data were provided for choosing ideal fomula and technology of reducing viscosity.
