Study on Land Use for Urban Road Transportation

Abstract

The unharmony between urban transportation planning and land planning at present is introduced. The interaction between the both mentioned above has been expounded and a new inter-improvement mode has been introduced. The conception model of the urban optimal land use amount for transportation has been established based on some hypothesis. Based on the model the rational planning for urban transportation and land can be stipulated.
