Study on Chinese Ecological Civilization Construction from the Economic Perspective

China's 18th Party Congress put forward bringing the construction of civilization into the five-in-one overall layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which not only has economics background,but is innovation on the concept of Chinese modern economic development.The appearance of the concept ecological is helpful for us to understand the purpose and requirements of civilization construction from the perspective of economics.From the micro level,ecological products supply capacity should be the indicators when evaluating local government performance.From the perspective of micro products,the supply capacity of products can be regarded as evaluation index of local government performance;from macro system level,the related laws and regulations should be improved,the evaluation system of civilization should be established and perfected,and civilization construction innovation should be promoted.
