Abstract
By drought stress treatment, relative water content (RWC), plant height, soluble protein content, peroxidase (POD) activity and catalase (CAT) activity of the leaves of potted soybean seedlings were measured. The results showed: with the strengthening of drought stress, leaves relative water content decreased, plant height was inhibited, soluble protein content decreased, POD activity and CAT activity appeared to enhance.
