On the Construction of the System of Sports Activity Course in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

As a form of independent course,sports activity course can train students in innovation and practical ability,promote the construction of integration within and outside classes in sports activity course,and enhance the awareness of students' participation in sports.However,at present,there are some problems in sports activity courses.Therefore,peolpe involved in sports management showld strive for the construction of a sound system of sports activity course in colleges and universities so as to achieve the aim of physical education.
