Remedy Damages of Victims in Injuring Performance

Abstract
The author considers that compensation for damage of victims can be achieved comprehensively by tort suits. Type as the creditor of the victim, he can claim tort suit for comprehensive compensation for damage, including performance interest, personal injury and mental damage by legal interpretation which expanding scope of protection of Tort liability law;as the third party of the victim,there is no doubt that he can claim tort suit for comprehensive compensation for damage if only personal injury and mental damage caused by the infringer?.Besides, if there is indirect losses caused by the infringer, and it's proved to be the infringement,the victim can also be quoted the tort liability law article 20 claim compensation for damage.
