The Status and System Optimization of Emergency Logistics in China

Abstract

The paper analyzes the problems in emergency logistics from the point of logistics system management. Based on the reasonable design of system structure and process of emergency logistics, the paper puts forward the improvement ways of emergency logistics activities from the aspects of purchasing, storage, transport, distribution, material delivery and recycling, and emphases the essentiality of emergency logistics information system in order to strengthen the guarantee capability of emergency logistics system in China. At the same time, the paper points out that there are many problems on emergency logistics requiring further study.
