The Study of the Innovative System of Postwar American Higher Education and Its Influence on Economic Development

After the World War Ⅱ,America has refreshed its own higher education system,responding to the innovation of information and technology,meeting the requirement of the economic development. It innovated almost all aspects of higher education,such as system of higher education,operation mechanism,and curriculum and instruction of higher education,which not only met the target of nourishing innovative people,but also made contribution to economic development. The article describes the process of setting up the system of higher education and analyzes the relationship between innovative system of higher education and economic development,which can provide some reference for dealing with and coordinating the relationship between higher education and economic development in China.
