Abstract
[Objective] To study the content of trace elements in walnuts and provide basis for its development and utilization.[Method] The walnuts samples were firstly digested with microwave, and the contents of seven trace elements, including K,Ca,Mg,Cu,Mn,Zn and Fe,were determined by FASS.[Result] The contents of Zn,Cu,Mn,Fe,Mg,K and Ca were 56.25,36.50,34.50,102.00,280.75,1 929.50 and 452.50 μg/g with the recoveries between 98.6% and 100.9%.Apart from Ca and Cu whose determination had errors, the RSD of other elements was in the range of 0.03%-1.30%.[Conclusion] The instrument in the experiment is simple and easy with satisfactory results.
