Abstract
Higher vocational technical education, the highest rank of the vocational education system, is a main part of the higher education. It is a new type of education system which differs from common higher education. This paper isolates some important features of higher vocational technical education as follows: the running of its training goals after technicality, the vocationality of its major arrangement, the practicability of its teaching course, the better accessory of its equipment to the real situation, and the requirement of dual qualifications of its faculty members.
