Clinical application of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning with respiratory failure

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning with respiratory failure.Methods Selecting the patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning with respiratory failure,and retrospectively analyzed the clinical efficacy of the cases treated by mechanical ventilation.Results Of the 60 cases with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning with respiratory failure,there were 58 cases successfully rescued and discharged;there were 2 cases fail to treat and died.Conclusion Respiratory failure is the main cause of the death of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,it has great significance that early mechanical ventilation in the treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning with respiratory failure.
