Abstract
The word-formation type of nouns,verbs,adjectives,quantifiers and modal particles prefixed with ge(圪) was analyzed in this article,which based on prefix ge(圪) in Baotou dialect.The differences between them and mandarin word meaning were compared.On this basis,the pronunciation phase and the origin of prefix ge(圪) was probed.
