Abstract
In order to efficiently extract the polysaccharide from Radix pseudostellariae, the techniques for water extraction-ethanol precipitation of polysaccharide from Radix pseudostellariae were optimized using the orthogonal test and single factor test focusing on the parameters including solid-liquid ratio, temperature,as well as period and times of the extraction. The results showed that the process was simple, repeatable, thus might be suitable for industrial production.
